Application for Membership (Petition) Instructions

  1. Click Here for a copy of our Petition For Membership.

  2. Fill out the petition form, making sure to fill in all areas except the "Office Use" Section

  3. Have 2 recommenders Sign your petition, including their Member Numbers
  4. Mail your petition, or bring in person, to the office along with the Petition Fee. Make checks payable to AASR.
